FLAGSHIP LASER CUTTING & ENGRAVING

Flagship power for ambitious work.

The xTool P3 is the flagship of our laser shop: an industrial-grade 80W CO₂ platform built to take on larger formats, thicker materials and repeat production with a clean, professional finish.

Why it matters: more room for substantial pieces and batches, more cutting power for demanding materials, and camera-guided automation that helps us place artwork accurately and repeat it consistently.

Big work, fewer joinsIts 36 × 18 in (915 × 458 mm) working area gives us room for larger signs, panels and presentation pieces—or more parts per run for efficient batch production.
Thick-material confidenceWith the right material and setup, the P3 can cut up to 20 mm (0.79 in) basswood and 25 mm (0.98 in) clear acrylic in one pass.
Built for repeatabilityDual-camera positioning, autofocus and intelligent ranging help us line up detailed artwork, make better use of material and reproduce approved layouts reliably.

Cut farther than hobby-class equipment

The P3 gives us the power and bed space to create substantial signage, displays, templates, packaging, architectural details and custom components without designing every job around a small workspace.

  • Wood: basswood, plywood, hardwoods and other project-appropriate species
  • Acrylic: clear, coloured, cast and many opaque varieties
  • Flexible materials: leather, fabric, felt, paper and cardboard

Engraving across a broad material range

Beyond cutting, the CO₂ laser produces crisp logos, lettering, patterns and photo detail on wood, bamboo, acrylic and leather. It can also mark glass, ceramic, stone and suitable coated or anodized metal surfaces.

  • Signs, awards, displays and branded presentation pieces
  • Batch engraving for tags, packaging, inserts and promotional items
  • Glassware, slate, coated tumblers and other project-appropriate surfaces
  • Accurate repeats from one-off prototypes through production quantities

For bare-metal marking and fine metal personalization, we can route the project to our dedicated xTool F2 infrared system.

RECOGNIZED INNOVATION

The new king of CO₂ laser cutting.

A CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree, the P3 combines flagship cutting power with intelligent automation—giving Matter Works a serious production platform for projects that need scale, detail and polish.

Every material behaves differently. Maximum thickness depends on species, formulation, finish and the edge quality you need. Share your material, dimensions, quantity and intended use; we will confirm fit, test critical details and set clear expectations before production.

FUNCTIONAL 3D PRINTING

Fast, dependable parts that are ready to be used.

Bambu Lab P1S production technology supports accurate prototypes, functional components and finished products with consistent quality—so you can move from an idea to a physical part with confidence.

Useful build capacityA 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume accommodates prototypes, fixtures, enclosures and many end-use parts.
Broader material choiceThe enclosed chamber supports common materials such as PLA and PETG plus application-focused options including ABS and ASA.
Speed with controlHigh-speed CoreXY motion, vibration compensation and pressure advance help deliver faster prints without giving up clean detail.
Repeatable setupAutomatic bed leveling and calibrated workflows support consistent results when a part needs to be reproduced.

Built for practical outcomes

  • Functional prototypes for testing fit, form and assembly
  • Custom brackets, fixtures, housings and replacement parts
  • Short production runs without traditional tooling costs
  • Material and layer choices matched to appearance, strength and use
From file to finished partBring us a ready-to-print model or an idea with dimensions. We will review geometry, material, finish and quantity before production.

Confidence through process: Automated calibration, enclosed material control and monitored printing help us deliver parts that are consistent, traceable and suited to their intended job.

PRECISION & PERSONALIZATION

Fine-detail engraving that makes every item feel intentional.

xTool F2 dual-laser capability lets us personalize metals, plastics, wood, leather and more with sharp detail, accurate placement and consistent results—from one meaningful gift to a coordinated small-batch order.
