Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Bulk discounts begin at 25 items, with pricing based on the product, quantity, and project details.
Can you use our company logo?
Yes. Send your highest-quality logo file—vector artwork such as SVG, EPS, AI, or PDF is ideal—and we’ll review it before production.
How long will our order take?
Timing depends on quantity, materials, and the complexity of the work. Matter Works is operated alongside a full-time 7-on/7-off work rotation, so projects are scheduled around those work periods. Timely, efficient completion is a high priority—right alongside quality and craftsmanship—and we’ll always confirm a realistic completion date with your quote.
Will we see a proof first?
Yes. Depending on the product, we can provide a physical sample. We can also provide digital proofs and photos so you can review the design, placement, and overall appearance. We’ll make sure you know what to expect before your project moves into production.
What kinds of products can you customize?
Just about any suitable item can be laser engraved with your logo, message, or custom design. Popular options include pens, tumblers, mugs, water bottles, glassware, cutting boards, plaques, awards, keychains, name tags, signs, desk accessories, tools, and promotional items. We can also create a wide variety of original pieces, including custom 3D-printed products and items made from wood. If you have something specific in mind, ask us—we’re always happy to explore what’s possible.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Shipping is preferred because it keeps fulfillment simple and predictable. Edmonton-area pickup may also be available, and local delivery can be arranged outside of my full-time work schedule. We’ll discuss the available options with you, and your convenience will always be our priority.
